  • 7 breads, stale bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups raisin
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1 bar butter, of 90 g (3.17 oz)


Preheat the oven to 190 °C. (375°F)
Cut the bread the small pieces place it in a bowl and add the milk so that it is soaks for 10 minutes.
Strain the bread to remove the milk and add to sugar, egg, vanilla, raisins, walnut and melted butter to it.
Mix perfectly and pour the mixture in a cake pan of 28 cm. (11 inches diameter.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, after the time check cooking by inserting a toothpick into the center and should come out clean. Leave cool and serve.


Serve with hot chocolate, cold milk or coffee.
