Ingredients

20 portions
  • 4 tablespoons natural gelatin
  • 1 cup Water, cool
  • 1 liter milk, or of almonds
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 250 milliliters Nestle media creama
  • 4 carrots, grated
  • 100 grams walnut, chopped or halved
  • 100 grams cranberry

Preparation

Hydrates the gelatin in the water, reserve.
Heat the milk and when it begins to boil turn off the heat, add the hydrated gelatin and mix until dissolved.
Then add the evaporated milk, condensed milk and half cream, mix until completely integrated.
Pour into one or several molds, once the gelatin is in the molds, gradually distribute the grated carrot, walnut and blueberries on the surface, the blueberries tend to go to the bottom, only some stay. Refrigerate for 4 hours and ready.

TIPS

You can add almonds to the preparation.
