Ingredients

5 servings
  • 5 pieces of fish fillet
  • 2 pinches of Salt
  • 5 spoonfuls of flour
  • 3 spoonfuls of epazote finely chopped
  • 7 spoonfuls of margarine 5 for frying the fillets and 2 for the sauce
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper finely chopped
  • 1 can of cream of corn Campbell's®
  • 4 teaspoons of scallion finely chopped
  • 5 pieces of flour tortillas baked
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

    Preparation

    Season the fish fillets, mix the flour with the epazote. Flour fish fillets.
    Heat the margarine in a medium skillet over medium heat and fry the fillets one by one on both sides until they are brown and cooked for 10 minutes. Reservation
    Heat the remaining margarine in a pot over medium heat and fry the serrano pepper a little for 1 minute. Add corn cream plus ½ can of water and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Reservation.
    Place a flour tortilla baked in an extended dish, on top of this is a fish filet and cover with corn cream. Sprinkle with finely chopped scallion

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in an extended dish with very hot sauce.

    TIPS

    You can also fry the flour tortilla.
