Simple and inexpensive recipe of macaroons bathed in a creamy tomato sauce and baked in the oven.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 package macaroni
  • 1 package mashed tomatoes, boy
  • 250 milliliters milk cream
  • 200 grams Ham, in slices
  • 1 package yellow cheese, or sliced ​​manchego
  • 1 can Bell pepper, in strips
  • 1 pinch chicken consommé
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and reserve.
Cut the ham and cheese into small squares.
Mix the cream with the puree, chicken broth and pepper to taste.
Spread some butter in a refractory and place a layer of macaroni, then pieces of ham, cheese and bell pepper and a layer of cream sauce, repeat once more.
Place the preheated oven at 180 ° C and bake for approximately 10 minutes or until the sauce is boiled. Remove from the oven.
