  • 180 grams butter
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • walnuts, peanuts or almonds (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • nutella, chocolate, cajeta or jam


Preheated oven to 180 °. Beat the butter with the sugar and when they are well mixed add the yolk.
Add vanilla with cinnamon and nuts. Add the flour little by little and knead with your hands until you obtain a homogeneous mass, cover with sticky plastic and refrigerate for 35 minutes.
Using a rolling pin, spread the dough on waxed paper and cut circles. With a smaller circle cut the center.
Place the cookies separated 2 cm apart in a tray covered with waxed paper.
Bake 17-22 minutes until they are a bit hard. (Chop them with a fork or knife). Let them cool for a few minutes.
To those who are whole we are going to put the filling that we chose, be it jam, cajeta, nutella, etc. (I have made them with melted chocolate in a water bath), and we are going to cover them with those that have the hole in the center.


We can leave them like this or decorate them with the same filling or caramel, using a very thin tip duya (it can be a plastic bag with a very small hole). Also, if we do not like the idea of ​​filling, we can make them normal and cover them with cinnamon and sugar.
