Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3 cups of Water
  • 1 branch of fresh thyme
  • 3 spoonfuls of bee honey
  • 1 tablespoon of turmeric yellow
  • 2 yellow lemon
  • 5 centimeters of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Cayenne pepper

    Preparation

    Wash and peel the ginger (you can do it with a spoon). Cut a piece of approximately 5 cm in slices.
    Cut the lemons, previously washed, in large slices.
    Place in a pot, cups of water, lemons, thyme, ginger, honey, cayenne pepper, and turmeric.
    Leave on the fire until it breaks into a boil, you should have a semi-thick mixture of powerful yellow.
    Serve immediately, drink it as hot as you can at the start of the morning. Save the rest for half a day. If you want to have another cup more before sleeping, do this for about 4 days.

    TIPS

    Drink it as hot as you can. Make enough and reheat it to have it throughout the day.
