Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • olive oils
  • 1 can flat anchovies fillets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • olives, Stuffed with pepper (to taste)
  • black olives, (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil, (optional)
  • oregano, (to taste)

Preparation

Boil the pasta in enough water with a tablespoon of oil, salt and oregano to taste. Boil approximately 20 minutes.
Strain the pasta and add to the sauce when it is ready.
For the sauce, add the oil and heat over medium heat.
Add the garlic and onion, immediately add the anchovies and dissolve them well.
Add the olives (sliced), capers, salt, pepper and spices.
Pour the white wine.
When it starts to boil, add the chopped tomato.
Reduce the heat and add the spaghetti to the sauce.
To serve.

PRESENTATION

If it's your taste, place basil to decorate the dish and add Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

If the pasta looks a bit dry, add a little wine until you achieve the desired consistency.
