Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 Cup of vegetable oil
  • 15 pieces of Corn tortillas
  • 3 cups of rosemary with mole
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 2 cups of Manchego cheese grated

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pan over medium heat heat the oil, fry the tortillas, place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat. Reserve.
    Place the tortillas on a refractory, add the romeritos, the cream, the cheese, repeat the process until the refractory is filled.
    Bake for 15 minutes to brown the cheese.
