Did you have some romeritos and you do not know what to do with so many? Do not bore your family with the same overheated. Turn and prepare this cake Aztec! It is delicious, as well as being a very quick and practical recipe.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup vegetal oil
  • 15 corn tortillas
  • 3 cups rosemary, with mole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups manchego cheese, grated

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pan over medium heat heat the oil, fry the tortillas, place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat. Reserve.
Place the tortillas on a refractory, add the romeritos, the cream, the cheese, repeat the process until the refractory is filled.
Bake for 15 minutes to brown the cheese.

PRESENTATION
