Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/4 kilos bean
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups ground bread
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cups oil

Preparation

Boil the beans until they are soft, add salt (you can use an express pot to make it faster)
Once cooked, mash them perfectly.
Mix the beans with the finely chopped spinach, add the egg, bread crumbs and lemon drops.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Once hot, add the pancakes until golden brown.

TIPS

If you do not have much time, you can cook the beans in an express pot for 10 minutes.
