Ingredients

6 portions
  • 5 poblano peppers
  • 1 boneless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 corn, shelled
  • 1 onion, filleted
  • 100 grams sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 branch epazote
  • 10 milliliters oil
  • 1/3 cups chicken soup

Preparation

Fry the sliced onion until crisp.
Cook the corn kernels in 1/2 liter of water with a little salt and an epazote leaf. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, strain and let cool.
Chop the poblano pepper into thin strips.
Add the chili strips with the onion. Cook up to 8 to 9 minutes over low heat.
Add the shredded chicken and corn, incorporate all the ingredients, mixing them with the chicken broth. Season until the chicken broth evaporates.
Let cool to room temperature, then add the sour cream and stir well.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate and accompany with flour tortillas or crackers.

TIPS

To reduce the itchiness of the slices, soak them in milk for 10 minutes.
