Because everything tastes better with crispy bacon, we bring to you this recipe for Chicken Stuffed with Ham and Cheese Wrapped in Bacon that you can serve with a guajillo chile sauce. When you prepare this recipe with chicken and bacon, try to bake first with aluminum foil, as this will help the roll to keep its shape and look like your favorite restaurant.   • 1 tablespoon vegetal oil, for the sauce
  • 3 garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 onion, cut into cubes, for the sauce
  • 6 tomatoes, cut in quarters, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cumin, for the sauce
  • 6 guajillo chilies, deveined and seedless, for the sauce
  • 1 cup chicken soup, for the sauce
  • 20 slices bacon
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 8 slices Ham, of turkey breast
  • 200 grams asadero cheese
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • enough parsley, to decorate


Preheat the oven to 180° C. (350°F)
For the sauce, in a deep pan heat the oil over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic until they are bright. Add the tomato, cumin, pepper, oregano, guajillo chili and cook until the ingredients very soft and/or fall apart.
Fill with the chicken broth, bring to a boil and cook until cut in half. Remove, cool slightly and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Strain if necessary.
On a board with aluminum foil, arrange the bacon, place a chicken milanesa on top, season with salt and pepper, cover with ham and cheese. Roll up, carefully tighten with the paper so that it makes a perfect roll. Repeat with the rest of the milanesas.
Place the rolls in a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake again until golden brown, about 10 minutes more. Serve with guajillo sauce decorated with parsley.


Serve with a smooth base of Guajillo sauce on the plate and decorate with parsley.


Baking first with aluminum foil helps the roll maintain its shape and look like a professional chef. Subsequently, remove the paper and finish cooking in the oven to brown the bacon.
