Prepare this healthy Arabic bread stuffed with pita chicken and Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%. It is ideal if you want a light meal and full of flavor. Take a marinade with spices and a delicious tzatziki sauce with cucumber.

Preparation
Peel the cucumber and grate it. Place the grated cucumber on absorbent paper and leave it for 5 minutes to remove as much water.
Grate garlic cloves, chop fresh mint and place in a bowl. Add the drained cucumber, lemon juice, olive oil and Yoghurt FAGE Total® 0%
Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are incorporated and reserve in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
For the marinade, mix cardamom, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
Grate another garlic and add it to the spices together with the finely chopped cilantro. Add olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt.
Place the two chicken breasts in the marinade and make sure to cover them completely. Cover the refractory and refrigerate for 2 hours.
After 2 hours heat a grill and place the chicken breasts. Let them cook on each side until they are easily peeled off the grill. During cooking, bathe the breasts with the marinade to create a crunchy crust full of flavor.
Remove the chicken breasts from the heat and cut them into strips. Heat the Arabic bread and top with the lettuce, the chicken strips and the tzatziki sauce.
