The Aztec Pastel is a dish that is very tasty, easy to make and that will please your family. This preparation is very complete since it has chicken, vegetables, cream cheese and omelette. Ingredients

6 servings
  • 190 grams of Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 kilo of green tomato bare
  • 1/3 of Cup of onion chopped
  • 1 piece of garlic
  • 4 pieces of green chile
  • 1 Cup of fresh coriander washed and disinfected
  • 18 pieces of Corn tortillas passed by oil
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • Water
  • 4 spoonfuls of unsalted butter
  • 5 spoonfuls of White onion finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of chicken breast cooked and shucked
  • 1 Cup of whole kernel corn tin
  • 1 piece of zucchini cut into squares
  • chicken consommé powdered
  • 150 grams of slice of Manchego Singles® cheese

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Heat the butter, fry the onion and garlic, add the shredded chicken, corn kernels and zucchini, season with chicken concentrate and cook for 10 minutes at low heat until the zucchini are tender, reserve.
    Cook tomatoes, onion, chilies and garlic in water. Blend with cilantro and Philadelphia® Cream Cheese.
    Heat the sauce over low heat until it boils and keep moving for 5 minutes, season to taste and reserve.
    Dip the tortillas in the previous sauce one by one and add them in a refractory sandwich, inserting tortillas with the chicken stew until you finish with tortillas, bathe with the creamy sauce.
    Accommodates the Manchego Singles® cheese slices above the above.
    Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned and served hot.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany it with a rich salad of green vegetables and nuts.

    TIPS

    Try to pass the tortillas by oil just a few minutes before using them, so they do not get hard.
