Delicious preparation of boneless and flattened chicken breasts seasoned with garlic salt, pepper, fresh asparagus and frozen corn. Your family will love it!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 chicken breasts, flattened flavored with garlic salt and pepper
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup red pepper
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 liters milk

Preparation

Add the butter to a pan, roast the breasts. Reserve.
In the same pan where the chicken was cooked, the onion is poured and once this is added the flour is added. Milk is added, do not forget to stir constantly. Add vegetables and cook over medium low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Incorporate the breasts into the preparation. Remove from the fire and serve.

PRESENTATION

Present the breasts with a salad of lettuce and carrot.

TIPS

Accompany it with white rice.
