Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 chicken breasts, girls
  • 2 tomatoes, Boys
  • 1 bunch chard
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream, Light
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • McCormick® Minced Garlic, to taste
  • 3/4 cups Water

Preparation

Cut the breasts into strips.
Season with salt, garlic and pepper.
Place in a pan with a little oil, brown on both sides. Do not leave a lot of time, remove from heat.
Chop the onion, tomato and chili in small squares and cut the chard into small strips.
Cook the vegetables with a little oil, season with salt and garlic.
Once the vegetable is semi cooked, add the breasts and 3/4 cup of water. Cover and let cook.
When the breast is cooked, add the 2 tablespoons of cream, stir well and turn off.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rice or salad.

TIPS

The breasts can be left marinating in milk 2 hours or overnight to make them juicy.
