Cabbage Rolls Stuffed with Chicken Breast

  • 1/4 cups coriander, finely chopped for filling

Leaf the cabbage and in a pot with enough hot water, cook it for 10 minutes, or until the leaves are soft enough; Drain and reserve.
In a hot pan pour sesame oil and acitron the purple onion, bell pepper, carrot and squash. Add the chicken, paprika, chili flakes and cilantro; Season with salt and pepper, cover and cook for 8 minutes over low heat. Reservation.
On a board fill the cabbage leaves with the chicken, roll and tie with a piece of hydrated chives.
Serve the rolls in a take-out bowl. Accompany with cherry tomato.
