  • 1 teaspoon paprika, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon chili flake, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups coriander, finely chopped for filling
  • to taste salt, for the filling
  • to taste black pepper, for the filling
  • enough chives, to tie the cabbage hydrated in hot water

Preparation

Leaf the cabbage and in a pot with enough hot water, cook it for 10 minutes, or until the leaves are soft enough; Drain and reserve.
In a hot pan pour sesame oil and acitron the purple onion, bell pepper, carrot and squash. Add the chicken, paprika, chili flakes and cilantro; Season with salt and pepper, cover and cook for 8 minutes over low heat. Reservation.
