This recipe is perfect to save money, as it has simple ingredients, it is easy to make, pack and transport. Dare to be part of the toper club at work and prepare these delicious cabbage rolls stuffed with chicken sautéed with sesame and vegetables, an ideal recipe to be part of your weekly lunch. Ingredients

4 portions
  • enough Water, hot
  • 1/2 cabbages
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups red onion, in strips for the filling
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, in strips for the filling
  • 1 cup carrot, in strips for the filling
  • 1 cup pumpkin, in strips for the filling
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken fajitas, for the filling
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon chili flake, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups coriander, finely chopped for the filling
  • to taste salt, for the filling
  • to taste black pepper, for the filling
  • enough chives, to tie the hydrated cabbage in hot water
  • cherry tomatoes, of colors to accompany

Preparation

Strip the cabbage and in a pot with plenty of hot water, cook it for 10 minutes, or until the leaves are soft enough; drain and reserve.
In a hot pan, add the sesame oil and add the red onion, bell pepper, carrot and pumpkin. Add chicken, paprika, chili flakes, and cilantro; season with salt and pepper, cover and cook for 8 minutes over low heat. Reservation.
On a board, fill the cabbage leaves with the chicken, roll and tie with a piece of hydrated chives.
Serve the rolls in a to-go container. Accompany with cherry tomato.

PRESENTATION

Serve with cherry tomato. Enjoy with soy sauce to taste.

TIPS

Cook the cabbage long enough in hot water for the leaves to soften and can be handled. Chill immediately.
