One of the problems with chicken is that it dries out, but with this recipe you will not have to fight because it is super juicy and full of flavor. Try to make the chicken at home with the hunter, you will not regret it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning
  • 1 green bell pepper, ginned, cut into strips
  • 1 cup mushroom, clean, filleted
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2/3 white onions, filleted
  • 6 chicken legs, with thigh
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetal oil

Preparation

In a pan over medium-high heat, sauté the chicken on all sides turning it to seal. Remove the chicken and place it on absorbent paper to remove the excess fat.
In the same oil that was left in the pudding, sauté the onion and garlic.
Add the pepper and then the mushrooms. Cook for approximately 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Pour the wine and let reduce for 5 more minutes. Add the water and the Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning and integrate well.
Add the chicken and cook for 20 minutes from the first boil. Serve hot.

TIPS

Before serving check that the chicken is well cooked, if not, let it cook for 7-10 more minutes.

Hola Gemma, el vino blanco le da un toque a tu platillo en caso de que no tengas puedes utilizar un poco de vinagre de vino con unas gotas de limón y agua, esto lo puedes conseguir en el súper. Saludos :D
