Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 1 cup pumpkin seed, pumpkin
  • 900 grams green tomato
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 onion, In rooms
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1 teaspoon corn oil
  • 1 leave bay (laurel)
  • 1 teaspoon chicken consommé
  • 1 kilo chicken leg, and thighs, cooked

Preparation

Dora the pumpkin seeds.
Blend green tomatoes, garlic, onion, pepitas and serrano peppers.
