Ingredients

  • 1 package of Tía Rosa® Pre-cooked tortillinas®
  • 1 Cup of pumpkin seed pumpkin
  • 900 grams of green tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic peeled
  • 1 piece of onion In rooms
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of corn oil
  • 1 sheet of laurel
  • 1 teaspoonful of chicken consommé
  • 1 kilo of chicken leg and thighs, cooked

    Preparation
