Ingredients

6 servings
  • 4 pieces of tomato cut in quarters
  • 1/3 of piece of onion in pieces
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 can of chipotle chile pepper
  • 4 spoonfuls of oil
  • 2 pieces of onion filleted
  • 3 leaves of dry laurel
  • 1 piece of chicken breast cooked and shucked

  • 6 pieces of Bollos Artesano Bimbo®
  • 1/2 Cup of refried beans To accompany
  • 1/2 Cup of cream To accompany
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh cheese To accompany

    Preparation

    For the sauce, liquefy the tomato with the white onion, the garlic and the chipotle chilies.
    In a saucepan over medium heat add the oil and cook the onion until transparent.
    Pour the sauce and season with bay leaves add the shredded chicken and cook for 5 min.
