Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • 1/3 onions, in pieces
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 can chipotle chili
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 onions, filleted
  • 3 leaves dry laurel
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and shucked
  • to taste salt
  • 6 Bollos Artesano Bimbo®
  • 1/2 cups refried beans, To accompany
  • 1/2 cups cream, To accompany
  • 1/2 cups fresh cheese, To accompany

Preparation

For the sauce, liquefy the tomato with the white onion, the garlic and the chipotle chilies.
In a saucepan over medium heat add the oil and cook the onion until transparent.
Pour the sauce and season with bay leaves add the shredded chicken and cook for 5 min.
In a Bimbo® Craft Bread, spread refried beans, add the tinga and accompany with lettuce, cream and fresh cheese.
