  • 8 cascabel chili peppers, for the sauce
  • 1 cup chicken soup, for the sauce

  • 12 tortillas
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked, minced
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated

Grill the garlic, onion and tomato, place them on a hot griddle until the skin begins to turn dark. Try to move to grill evenly.
