Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 poblano chiles
  • 1 can corn grain
  • 300 grams vegetable
  • 200 grams asadero cheese
  • 50 grams bee honey
  • 1 lime, juice and juice
  • 1 can skim milk
  • 10 grams chicken consommé
  • salt
  • 1 branch chinese parsley
  • margarine

Preparation

Asa, peel and uncover chiles. Let it rest with a little honey and lemon juice (this will prevent the peppers from biting and give them a different touch.)
Grind corn grains with milk and a little chicken concentrate. Fry with margarine until it boils.
Fill the chiles with the vegetables and the grilled cheese and place on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes.

PRESENTATION

You can present it with some salad and chia water with lemon.
