Chipotle Marinated Pork Tacos

Enjoy preparing these tacos quickly and deliciously, you only need San Marcos® Adobo Chipotle Chiles, tomato and orange so that the flavor is ideal at any lunch or dinner. Accompany with lemon to taste and pickled onions

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 tomatoes, In rooms
  • 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon whole clove
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cups chipotle chili in adobo San Marcos®
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 600 grams pork steak
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 12 corn tortillas, hot
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, to accompany
  • 1/2 cups coriander, leaves, to accompany
  • lime, in thirds, to accompany
  • onion, pickled, to accompany

Preparation

On a hot comal over medium heat, roast the onion together with the garlic cloves and tomatoes until the skin of these ingredients begins to have a dark tone; don't forget to move them constantly so that they roast evenly. Remove from heat.
Blend the onion with the garlic and roasted tomatoes, the orange juice, the cloves, the cumin, the oregano and the San Marcos® Adobo Chipotle Peppers until obtaining a homogeneous sauce; Season with salt and pepper.
Place the pork steak on a large container and pour the sauce on top until the meat is completely covered. Let it marinate for a minimum of 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
In a skillet with hot vegetable oil, cook the marinated meat for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Place the meat on a board and cut into medium thick strips.
To assemble your taco, place the marinated meat in a hot tortilla, serve with onion and garlic. Accompany with lemon, and pickled onions.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with cilantro, pickled onion and lemon to taste.

TIPS

To intensify the flavor, marinate the meat for a full night in the refrigerator; also, you can grill the meat if you want.
