Prepare this healthy recipe for Crispy Cauliflower Tacos. Enjoy some delicious tacos perfect for no-meat Mondays. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 piece of cauliflower cut into pieces
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of ground bread
  • 3 spoonfuls of cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry
  • 1 Cup of purple cabbage cut into thin strips, for salad
  • 1 Cup of carrot cut into strips, for salad
  • 1/4 of Cup of Mayonnaise for salad
  • 1 tablespoon of chipotle chili powder for salad
  • 3 spoonfuls of White vinegar for salad
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • enough of Corn tortillas
  • enough of coriander to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl beat the egg and mix with the paprika, garlic powder, pepper, chilli powder, lemon and salt. Marinate the cauliflower with this preparation for 10 minutes and reserve.
    In another bowl mix the flour with the bread crumbs and corn starch. Cover the cauliflower with this mixture.
    Heat a saucepan with oil and fry the breaded cauliflower, remove from heat and remove excess grease with absorbent paper.
    For the salad, in a bowl mix the cabbage with the carrot, the mayonnaise, the chipotle chili, the vinegar, season with salt and pepper and reserve.
    On a plate place a warm tortilla and serve the cauliflowers with the salad, and cilantro to garnish. Enjoy

    PRESENTATION

    Serve small tacos with fresh cilantro

    TIPS

    You can cover only with bread crumbs and bake with a little spray oil.
