Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 lemons, just the juice
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Heat the milk over medium heat.
When it comes to the first boil, add the lemon juice. Lower the heat and move with a wooden shovel.
When the whey and milk are separated, strain in the sky blanket for 40 minutes.
Since it is well strained you can add the salt.
