Ingredients

  • 1 boat Sauce La Picante Herdez® Southeast Region, 320 g
  • 1 cream cheese, 190 g
  • 1/4 cups chicken soup
  • enough salt and pepper
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 6 slices manchego cheese, to au gratin
  • enough cambray onion, in rings and chopped onion stems, to decorate
  • enough avocado, in segments, to decorate

Preparation

Blend the Spicy Sauce Herdez® Southeast Region with cream cheese, chicken stock, salt and pepper until you get a smooth and smooth sauce, strain if necessary.
