Preparation
In a deep pot, garlic, onion, carrot, celery, chilli are placed in the following order.
Add the liquefied or finely chopped tomatoes together with the puree.
Fill with water to allow the carrot to cook, add the various spices.
The mantaraya is minced and added when the vegetables are cooked.
Finally, add the shrimp and rectify the salt.
