Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 grain of whole corn kernels "The Huerta"
  • 750 grams of white fish fillet (chopped)
  • 1/2 piece of red onion chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper finely chopped
  • 15 pieces of green lemon juice)
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Thaw Elote "La Huerta" in the microwave.
    In a medium bowl, mix the chopped fish, onion, lemon juice and a little salt.
    Cover the container with a plastic film and put it in the refrigerator until the fish has been fully cooked with the lemon.
    Add Elote "La Huerta", cilantro, serrano pepper and season with salt and pepper.
    Serve very cold.
