Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grains whole corn kernels, "The Huerta"
  • 750 grams white fish fillet, (chopped)
  • 1/2 red onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped
  • 15 lemons, juice)
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Thaw Elote "La Huerta" in the microwave.
In a medium bowl, mix the chopped fish, onion, lemon juice and a little salt.
Cover the container with a plastic film and put it in the refrigerator until the fish has been fully cooked with the lemon.
Add Elote "La Huerta", cilantro, serrano pepper and season with salt and pepper.
Serve very cold.

PRESENTATION

Serve with tortilla chips or toast.

Preferably use fresh and not frozen fish.
