The fish fillet recipe with a creamy touch of corn sauce will make you order an extra portion. You can not resist its flavor accompanied with a light touch of chives, prepare it!

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 Fish fillets
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 5 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons epazote, finely chopped
  • 7 tablespoons margarine, 5 to fry the steaks and 2 for the sauce
  • 2 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 can cream of corn, Campbell´s®
  • 4 teaspoons chives, finely chopped
  • 5 flour tortillas, baked
  • 1/2 cups Water

Preparation

Season the fish fillets, mix the flour with the epazote. Flour the fish fillets.
Heat the margarine in a medium skillet over medium heat and fry the fillets one by one on both sides until they are browned and cooked for 10 minutes. Reservation
Heat the remaining margarine in a pot over medium heat and fry the serrano pepper a little for 1 minute. Add the corn cream plus ½ can of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Reservation.
Place a baked flour tortilla on an extended plate, on top of this a fish fillet and cover with the corn cream. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended dish with very hot sauce.

TIPS

You can also fry the flour tortilla.
