Ingredients

5 servings
  • 5 Fish fillets
  • 2 pinches of Salt
  • 5 spoonfuls of flour
  • 3 spoonfuls of epazote finely chopped
  • 7 spoonfuls of margarine 5 to fry the steaks and 2 for the sauce
  • 2 Serrano cpeppers finely chopped
  • 1 can of cream of corn Campbell´s®
  • 4 teaspoons of scallion finely chopped
  • 5 flour tortillas baked
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

Preparation

Season the fish fillets, mix the flour with the epazote. Flour the fish fillets.
Heat the margarine in a medium skillet over medium heat and fry the fillets one by one on both sides until they are browned and cooked for 10 minutes. Reservation
Heat the remaining margarine in a pot over medium heat and fry the serrano pepper a little for 1 minute. Add the corn cream plus ½ can of water and simmer for 10 minutes. Reservation.
Place a baked flour tortilla on an extended plate, on top of this a fish fillet and cover with the corn cream. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended dish with very hot sauce.

TIPS

You can also fry the flour tortilla.
