Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups onion
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 3 cups natural turkey, or spiced, shredded, of the reheated left overs
  • 1/4 cups chicken soup
  • 3 tablespoons pickled chili pepper
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • enough oil, to fry
  • 1 package Mole Rojo Doña María® ready to serve
  • enough sour cream, for serving
  • enough fresh cheese, crumbled, to serve
  • enough red onion, filleted, to serve
  • enough parsley, in sheets, to serve
  • enough sesame seed, toasted, to serve

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the onion and garlic. Add the turkey and cook for 3 minutes and add the broth and pickled chiles. Cook until the turkey is soft and the liquid is reduced.
On a comal, heat the corn tortillas to soften them. Fill with the turkey and roll up to form the tacos. Secure with a wooden toothpick if necessary.
Fry the tacos with hot oil in a deep frying pan until brown and drain on absorbent paper.
Heat Doña María® Red Mole Ready to Serve in a pot over medium heat.
Serve three tacos on each plate, dip in the mole and decorate with cream, cheese, onion, parsley and a little sesame seeds.

Serve your tacos with cream, cheese, red onion and parsley.

TIPS

If you want a healthier option, bake the tacos at 180 ° C (356F)with a little oil spray instead of frying.
