Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cups shrimp, boy raw
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, for shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, for shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder, for shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, for shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon salt, for shrimp
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, for shrimp
  • 1/2 cups Oli De Nutrioli® olive oil, for shrimp
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, low-fat, grated, for shrimp
  • 1/2 cups bacon, fried, chopped, for shrimp
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1/2 cups mineral water
  • 1 cup onion rings, thick cut, not too large (the size of bread)
  • 1/2 cups flour, to bread
  • 1/4 cups Oli De Nutrioli® olive oil
  • 4 slices roast beef, Cooked
  • enough italian lettuce
  • 4 pieces hamburger bun, slider type
  • 1 tomtato
  • to taste ketchup
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • to taste mustard
  • enough potato, sweet potato, to accompany
  • enough guacamole, To accompany

Preparation

In a container or bowl, mix the shrimp with the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, lemon juice and Nutrioli® olive oil; let it rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 3 minutes; add the cheddar cheese and the fried bacon, cover and cook for 3 more minutes. Reservation.
In a container or bowl mix the flour, the baking powder, the salt, the pepper and add the mineral water little by little and beat until you get a semi-thick texture.
In a bowl with flour, coat the onions, add the overflow dough and fry in enough Nutrioli® olive oil for 5 minutes, you must have previously heated the oil to medium temperature. Reservation
Assemble the hamburger with the bread, the shrimp, the roast beef, the lettuce, the tomato; garnish with mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard. Accompany with guacamole, onion rings and sweet potato potatoes.
