Because taking care of yourself was never so easy, prepare this original and healthy recipe of Jamaican flower toast, made with baked corn toast and a rich Jamaican sautéed with Nutrioli® Spray. They are a very economical and healthy option that your family will love.

  • 6 cups Water
  • 2 cups Hibiscus flower
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 4 tomatoes, for the sauce
  • 3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce , for the sauce
  • enough Nutrioli Spray® oil
  • 1/2 onions, filleted
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • enough Nutrioli Spray® oil
  • 1 cup refried beans, To accompany
  • to taste sour cream, light, to accompany
  • to taste panela cheese, crumbled, to accompany
  • to taste avocado, To accompany

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat the water, add the flower of jamaica and cook 15 min. Strain, let cool and reserve.
Blend the onion, garlic, tomatoes and chipotle chili.
Heat a pan over medium heat and sprinkle a shot of Nutrioli® Spray, cook the sliced ​​onion until smooth and transparent, pour the chipotle sauce, season with salt and pepper, cook 20 minutes or until thick.
Add the Jamaica flower and cook 10 minutes more on medium heat, season with salt and pepper.
Place the tortillas on a tray, sprinkle with Nutrioli® Spray on both sides and bake for 10 minutes, until they are toasted. Let cool and reserve.
Place on toast beans, tinga from Jamaica, cream, cheese, avocado and accompany with sauce.
