If you are a Tex-Mex fan, we leave you with this incredible recipe for "lasagna" made with chili con carne, layers of fried flour tortillas and lots of cheese, which will make each bite taste unbeatable. You've never tried anything like that!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 piece of onion cut in quarters
  • 2 teeth of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 piece of red pepper cut into cubes
  • 4 pieces of tomato without shell, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of corn cob yellow
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 teaspoonful of chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of paprika
  • 1 teaspoonful of cumin
  • 1 teaspoonful of mashed sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of dry thyme
  • 4 spoonfuls of Tomato puree
  • 1 1/2 cups of black beans cooked and without broth
  • 1 Cup of beef broth
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • enough of oil
  • 15 pieces of flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of monterrey cheese Jack

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pan heat the oil over medium heat and cook the onion, garlic, pepper, tomato, yellow corn around 10 minutes.
    Add the beef, season with salt and pepper and cook until it is cooked, add the chili powder, the paprika, the cumin, the sugar, the thyme and the tomato puree. Cook around 10 more minutes.
    Add the black beans, the beef broth and cook for 40 minutes over low heat. Rectify seasoning.
    Square the tortillas with a knife so that they fit well in the baking dish and fry with hot oil until browned. Drain on absorbent paper.
    In a refractory form a layer of tortillas and add some meat, cheese and repeat the procedure until filling the refractory.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheeses are completely melted. It serves.

    PRESENTATION

    TIPS

    Fry flour tortillas over low heat so they do not burn and drain on absorbent paper.
