Delicious beef pie with cold meats with a little white wine and some other ingredients that give it an unparalleled flavor! In the end it can be accompanied by vegetables, salad or chips.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 kilo ground beef
  • 1/2 kilos turkey ham, finely chopped
  • 1/2 kilos turkey sausage, chopped very finely or crushed
  • 1 package turkey bacon, low fat, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, medium finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons liquid seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 5 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/3 cups white wine
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 packages salty cracker, salt finely crushed or ground
  • 1 tablespoon chicken seasoning, granulated
  • bread crumbs, for the mold

Preparation

Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC, in a bowl all the ingredients are mixed perfectly, a rectangular mold suitable for baking is greased, ground bread is put so that it does not stick or is covered with aluminum foil and then greased. The mixture is placed so that it is not too thick. Bake for 30-40 minutes (check cooking)
Once it has been cooked perfectly it is served.

PRESENTATION

It is served with green salad and steamed potatoes with a little butter and epazote. It is delicious.

TIPS

I like to chop all the cold meats very finely instead of grinding them, the sausages I crush them with a fork until they are well undone. If the mixture is very wet you can put a little more salty biscuit. I prefer all the

Hola, hacía mucho no entraba a la página pero la salsa de arriba puede ser bbq (babacue) o salsa de tomate. Depende si la quieres más dulce o más salada. (A la salsa barbacue le puedes poner un poco de catsup, jugo maggi y mermelada de chabacano o piña.)
