Arab tacos are a Mexican appetizer very popular in the state of Puebla. It is a product of the mixture of two culinary cultures, the Mexican and the Arab. The taste of McCormick® Chicken Broth, spices, vinegar, lemon, lamb meat and pita bread make this recipe a delicacy. Preparation
Blend McCormick® Chicken Broth, lemon juice, vinegar, parsley, thyme, oregano, cumin and garlic.
File the onion.
Cut the lamb into strips.
Add the lemon with the spices to the lamb. Add the onion and laurel, marinate for 3 hours.
Pour the oil in a pan and roast the meat.
For the sauce: add all the ingredients in the blender and grind, if necessary, add a little cooking water for the chilies.
Serve with tortillas and salsa.
