Pork chops with Honey Hunt's ® Honey Sauce and pineapple in syrup with garnish of mashed potatoes. A delicious meal to share with everyone at home, prepare it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 pieces of pork chop (natural, not smoked)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 25 grams of Butter
  • 1/2 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 piece of Red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 5 pieces of chipotle chile pepper chopped
  • 1 can of Pineapple in syrup
  • 2 cups of Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce
  • to taste of mashed potatoes To accompany

    Preparation

    Spread the olive oil on the chops and season on both sides.
    Preheat an anti-stick grill or skillet over high heat and cook chops 4 minutes on both sides. Remove and reserve.
    Melt the butter in another pan. Add the onion and cook over low heat for 3 minutes mixing continuously.
    Add the pepper and chipotle chili. Cook for 3 minutes without stopping moving.
    Strain the pineapple (reserving the syrup) and add it to the pan. Continue cooking and moving for 5 minutes.
    Empty the Hunt's ® Honey BBQ Sauce in the pan. Add the salt and a little of the pineapple syrup. Heat until the desired consistency is achieved.
    Add the chops and heat for 1 more minute before serving.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve two chops per person placing the pineapple BBQ sauce on top. Serve with mashed potatoes.

    TIPS

    You can substitute pork chops for turkey medallions.
