This recipe is innovative because they are baked and not roasted as we are more used to eating them. Its rich flavor and the softness of the meat will make them melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 kilo pork rib
  • 1/2 red onions
  • enough pineapple juice
  • 1 Cube chicken consommé
  • to taste English sauce
  • to taste maggi sauce
  • 1 boat Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce
  • to taste garlic salt

Preparation

Cook the ribs so that they are precooked with a little salt and half an onion, for 15 minutes.
Place the ribs in a tray or baking dish.
Sprinkle the chicken bouillon cube.
Subsequently bathe the meat with English sauce and maggi sauce.
Sprinkle the garlic salt evenly.
Add the pineapple juice to the level of the meat.
Add the Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce completely covering the ribs. Reserve a sauce room.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the ribs for 35 to 40 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with mashed potatoes or the garnish of your choice.

TIPS

When cooked in the oven for 20 minutes, turn the ribs and cook with more Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce. In this way they will remain with the flavor of the most impregnated sauce.
