If you are a fan of Bolognese pasta but are trying to eat less carbohydrates, this pumpkin noodles recipe will help you a lot. It is a typical Bolognese pasta made with the traditional sauce, ground beef, but instead of pasta, you will use zucchini noodles. It is super simple to prepare and has all the flavor you love.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil for the Bolognese
  • 3 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped, for Bolognese
  • 1/2 Cup of White onion finely chopped, for Bolognese
  • 1/2 Cup of leek finely chopped, for Bolognese
  • 2 carrots peeled and finely chopped, for Bolognese
  • 1/2 Cup of celery finely chopped, for Bolognese
  • 1 kilo of ground beef beef, for Bolognese
  • 2 spoonfuls of My Knorr ® Tomato for the Bolognese
  • 1 Cup of tomato puree for the Bolognese
  • 1/4 of Cup of Red wine for the Bolognese
  • 1/4 of Cup of beef broth for the Bolognese
  • 1 sheet of laurel for the Bolognese
  • enough of Water
  • 1 package of Noodles by Zucchini Eva®
  • enough of Parmesan cheese grated
  • enough of basil fresh
  • enough of cherry tomato at your service

    Preparation

    For the Bolognese sauce, heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil and cook the garlic with the onion, add the pore, carrots, celery, meat and My Tomato Knorr®. Cook until the meat changes color completely. Add the red wine, beef broth, bay leaf and cook for 30 minutes or until the liquid is reduced, cool and reserve.
    In a pot with boiling water, cook the Zucchini Noodles EVA® for 3 minutes, soak in ice water to stop cooking and set aside.
    Serve the Zucchini Noodles EVA® with the Bolognese sauce, accompany with Parmesan cheese, decorate with fresh basil and cherry tomatoes.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

    TIPS

    Use bicarbonate to bleach your noodles and they will look very green and look delicious, since this is how chlorophyll is extracted.
