Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 3 beef steaks, very thin
  • 10 milliliters maggi sauce, to season the steak
  • 2 pinches ground pepper, to season the steak
  • 500 milliliters oil, 20 milliliters to fry the steak and the rest to fry the potatoes
  • 2 red tomatoes, cut into thin sections
  • 1 cucumber, cut into thin strips
  • 5 white potatoes, cut into thin sticks

Preparation

season the steak with the maggi sauce and fry in a little hot oil, just try to give it two laps.
Heat the rest of the oil and fry your potatoes as usual.
Warm up your Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® add the steak, cucumbers and tomato. wrap and go.

PRESENTATION
