Ingredients

12 portions
  • 12 poblano peppers, clean and deveined
  • 1/2 kilos ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 100 grams bacon, in cubes
  • 1/2 liters evaporated milk
  • 1/2 kilos Double cream cheese
  • 500 grams walnut
  • to taste salt
  • to taste paprika
  • to taste nutmeg
  • 1/2 liters sour cream
  • 5 potatoes

Preparation

Place the chiles on a comal, add them and place them in a bag so that they sweat and the skin can be easily removed. Divert them so they do not sting.
In a saucepan add the onion, the bacon and sauté.
Add the ground beef.
Add seasonings paprika, nutmeg, salt.
Let it cook perfectly well.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
