This dish is a rich way to make pork chops, as they are accompanied by the taste of mustard and a little sweet honey in this creamy sauce that you are about to learn to prepare.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 pieces of pork chop
  • 1/2 Cup of mustard
  • 1/2 can of evaporated milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons of bee honey
  • 1 pinch of Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder to taste
  • 1 pinch of black pepper to taste
  • 1 branch of fresh rosemary

    Preparation

    Season the chops with salt, garlic and pepper on both sides, fry over medium heat until they are cooked. Remove them and reserve.
    In the same pan add the evaporated milk and remove everything that has been left in the pan, that will give flavor.
    Add the mustard and the cream mix well and incorporate the honey and water; mixture.
    Add the sprig of rosemary, rectify the seasoning since it may lack some salt, pepper or even garlic.
    Let the sauce reduce until it is a little thick.
    Once ready, place the chops in a large or refractory dish and dip them in the sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    You can accompany with a green salad, cooked chips or mashed potatoes.

    TIPS

    If you also want the sauce you can put chicken broth instead of water or put chicken broth powder to taste.

    La mostaza es de la que ya está preparada en frasco ???

    Buena, aunque para mi gusto le faltó alguna especia más porque el solo sabor de la mostaza es bastante fuerte. Yo le agregué bastante más leche y agua, eneldo y cilantro

    Quedó deliciosa, acompañe con una ensalada de lechuga, jitomate y cebolla, aderzada con aceite olivo pimienta y sal. Y una crema de frijol.
