Preparation
Season the chops with salt, garlic and pepper on both sides, fry over medium heat until they are cooked. Remove them and reserve.
In the same pan add the evaporated milk and remove everything that has been left in the pan, that will give flavor.
Add the mustard and the cream mix well and incorporate the honey and water; mixture.
Add the sprig of rosemary, rectify the seasoning since it may lack some salt, pepper or even garlic.
Let the sauce reduce until it is a little thick.
Once ready, place the chops in a large or refractory dish and dip them in the sauce.
