Ingredients

5 servings
  • 5 pieces of Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 150 grams of sausage
  • 4 pieces of roma tomato 2 pieces cut into strips for the burritos and the rest for the sauce.
  • 1/8 of piece of garlic and onion
  • 4 pieces of dry chile de árbol pepper softened in hot water
  • 150 grams of whole black bean Cooked
  • 1 piece of Romaine lettuce only the leaves, washed disinfected and dried
  • 50 milliliters of light mayonnaise
  • 2 pinches of Salt
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 10 milliliters of vegetable oil

    Preparation

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausage until it is well cooked and browned, remove and reserve.
    Grind the tomato for the sauce with the garlic, onion and chili with a bit of the water where the chiles are softened, fry and season.
    Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® with a sheet of lettuce, spread mayonnaise, chili sauce, beans and chorizo.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with red sauce to your liking and if you like it with mayonnaise.
