Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 150 grams sausage
  • 4 roma tomatoes, 2 pieces cut into strips for the burritos and the rest for the sauce.
  • 1/8 garlic and onions
  • 4 dried chile de árbol peppers, softened in hot water
  • 150 grams whole black bean, Cooked
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, only the leaves, washed disinfected and dried
  • 50 milliliters light mayonnaise
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper
  • 10 milliliters vegetal oil

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and fry the sausage until it is well cooked and browned, remove and reserve.
Grind the tomato for the sauce with the garlic, onion and chili with a bit of the water where the chiles are softened, fry and season.
Heat the Tía Rosa® Tortillinas® with a sheet of lettuce, spread mayonnaise, chili sauce, beans and chorizo.

PRESENTATION

Serve with red sauce to your liking and if you like it with mayonnaise.

TIPS

Remember to fry the chorizo ​​very well so that it acquires a better flavor.
