Ingredients

Preparation

Cut the onion and red peppers, as well as tomatoes and garlic cloves (the latter, in cubes).
In a pan, heat the oil over maximum heat. When it reaches a high temperature, add the onion and red peppers; Fry them until the onion becomes transparent. Next, add the chopped tomatoes and garlic cloves, and let the mixture cook. Then, add the tomato mash La Morena and mix again.
Then, add the pork and let it cook for 15 minutes. Don't forget to move the preparation constantly to prevent the meat from sticking. Subsequently, add the diced leg ham.
After 5 minutes over high heat, add the dry spices, olives, raisins, capers, as well as wine, bay leaves and cumin, allowing to reduce the preparation. Move it a little and then decrease the intensity of the flame.
Cook until all ingredients are perfectly mixed; then, add salt and pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION
