It is a dish based on fried pork strips with kajun and spaghetti.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • pork meat
  • pork loin, kajun
  • coconut water

Preparation

Boil a pig's ear in coconut water in an express pot for 30 minutes, turn off, remove the ear and cut into thin strips. It reserves.
The pasta is boiled with a pinch of salt until it is al dente, drained and reserved.
Put in a wok with corn oil to fry the strips of pork and seles add the kajun, until they brown, drain and reserve, serve the spaghetti and on top the pork strips.
