Prepare the picadillo in the following way: Cut the onion into squares and fry until it is poured.
Add ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste and fry.
Add the tomato in squares and keep the fire until it cooks completely.
Reserve.
Prepare the banana dough: in a bowl, mash the 30 bananas until you get a uniform dough.
Place a bed of banana dough in a deep, square baking dish. Approximately half of the mass.
Add a bed of grated gouda cheese.
Put the picadillo (without vegetables).
Add the leftover banana dough.
Top with grated gouda cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
