If you want to try a breaded beef milanesa but much healthier than the common ones, this recipe of Milanese breaded with quinoa granola will be one of your favorites, it is also super easy.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 beef milanesa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granola, with quinoa Kellogg's®

Preparation

Salpimenta each Milanese on both sides.
In a bowl beat the eggs. In another 2 containers, place the flour and granola with Kellogg's® quinoa.
Bread each Milanese, passing through the flour, then the egg draining the excess, and finally the granola with Kellogg's® quinoa. Reservation.
In a pan heat the oil over high heat. Fry the milanesas on both sides until they turn golden. Drain on absorbent paper.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a salad.

TIPS

The oil must be well heated to prevent the milanesas from absorbing too much fat.
