Preparation
Salpimenta each Milanese on both sides.
In a bowl beat the eggs. In another 2 containers, place the flour and granola with Kellogg's® quinoa.
Bread each Milanese, passing through the flour, then the egg draining the excess, and finally the granola with Kellogg's® quinoa. Reservation.
In a pan heat the oil over high heat. Fry the milanesas on both sides until they turn golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
