Ingredients

6 portions
  • 9 Tía Rosa® Tortillinas®
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 20 milliliters vegetal oil
  • 2 roma tomatoes, no seed finely chopped
  • 1/8 white onions, finely chopped
  • 100 grams corn kernels, Canned
  • 1 red pepper, without seed cut into thin strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, without seed cut into thin strips
  • 3 serrano peppers, cut into thin slices
  • 4 pinches salt
  • 3 pinches ground pepper

Preparation

Fry the ground beef very well and add the garlic powder and season.
Mix the tomato, onion, corn kernels and peppers, salt and pepper
Mix the meat and the pico de gallo, rectify the seasoning and serve the tacos, accompany with serrano pepper.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a little fresh cheese or cabbage cut into very thin strips will give freshness.

TIPS
