This traditional Mexican food recipe is ideal for using the foods you have bought or prepared during the week and give them a second chance. Ingredients

6 portions
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 12 tortillas, the previous day
  • 3 poblano peppers
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • to taste salt
  • 1 1/2 cups onion, filleted
  • 1 cup whole corn kernels
  • 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • to taste salt
  • to taste cream
  • to taste cheese

Preparation

Heat the vegetable oil and pass the tortillas through oil on both sides, without frying. Reservation.
Roast the peppers on both sides and place in a plastic bag to peel them.
