Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 6 tomatoes, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, for the sauce
  • 2 cups chicken soup, for the sauce
  • to taste salt, for the sauce
  • enough vegetal oil
  • 2 onions, filleted
  • 1 cup vegetal oil, for the tortillas
  • 1/4 kilos tortilla
  • 1 boat Lala® cream, 500 ml
  • 1 cup poblano pepper, roasted and cut into strips
  • 1 cup corn, yellow grain
  • 1 cup fresh cheese, fallen apart
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • enough fresh coriander, finely chopped, to decorate
  • to taste Lala® cream, To accompany

Preparation

Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, chipotle, salt and two cups of chicken broth. Reservation.
In a pot with oil, over low heat, sauté the onion until it is translucent, add the sauce, the chicken and cook for 15 minutes until the liquid is absorbed. Reservation.
In a pan over medium heat, fry the tortillas with the oil. Reservation.
To assemble the cake: place a tortilla base, then add the tinga, poblano chili rajas, corn kernels, fresh cheese, Lala® Cream and Manchego cheese; Repeat until filling the mold. Cover with the Manchego cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 180 ° C, until the cheese is au gratin.
Cut a slice and serve with Lala® Cream.

Un poco laborioso pero muy rico yo lo q hice fue sancochar la cebolla junto con el chile poblano en rodaja sin azarlo ( por cuestion de tiempo). Y salio rico
