Preparation
Heat the oil in a pan at low heat, sauté the garlic and onion.
Add the meat and fry perfectly well.
Add the raisins, then the pinion, salt and pepper and reserve.
Make a puree with the cooked male plantains, add the grated piloncillo, salpimenta and form the pancakes (pour a little flour in your hands to prevent the male banana sticking) fill them with the ground meat that we prepared before. Fry them and drain excess fat.
Heat the mole in a clay pot and add the chicken broth to give it a more liquid consistency. Rectify the seasoning, add the pancakes and cook for 20 minutes.
