Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 package of Pétalo ® napkins
  • 1 package of Servitoalla® Pétalo®
  • 1 package of Self-adhesive film Pétalo®
  • 500 grams of bacon
  • 1 kilo of beef steak
  • 4 pieces of green tomato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups of black bean Of the pot
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • fresh coriander chopped to taste
  • onions chopped to taste
  • vegetable oils necessary amount

    Preparation

    Dry the steak with the Servitoallas Pétalo®, sprinkle it and cut it into small squares.
    Cut the bacon, add it to a hot pot with oil.
    Once the bacon has browned, add the steak. Cook for 10 minutes.
    Blend the tomato, garlic, chilli, onion and chicken consommé. Add a little water Licua
    Add the sauce to the meat. Cook for 20 minutes. Cover the preparation with Petalo® Self Adhesive Film to prevent it from cooling.
    Serve with beans, chopped cilantro and chopped onions. Presents the dish accompanied by Pétalo® Napkins.
