The Meat in its Juice is part of the traditional recipes of traditional Mexican foods. This dish is perfect at any meal time, since it can be consumed as a breakfast or as a meal. It is very simple to make and takes few ingredients. Its flavor is unmatched.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package Pétalo ® napkins
  • 1 package Servitoalla® Pétalo®
  • 1 package Self-adhesive film Pétalo®
  • 500 grams bacon
  • 1 kilo beef steak
  • 4 green tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 serrano peppers
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups black bean, Of the pot
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • fresh coriander, chopped to taste
  • onions, chopped to taste
  • vegetal oil, necessary amount

Preparation

Dry the steak with the Servitoallas Pétalo®, sprinkle it and cut it into small squares.
Cut the bacon, add it to a hot pot with oil.
Once the bacon has browned, add the steak. Cook for 10 minutes.
Blend the tomato, garlic, chilli, onion and chicken consommé. Add a little water Licua
Add the sauce to the meat. Cook for 20 minutes. Cover the preparation with Petalo® Self Adhesive Film to prevent it from cooling.
Serve with beans, chopped cilantro and chopped onions. Presents the dish accompanied by Pétalo® Napkins.

PRESENTATION

Serve it in clay dishes accompanied by its condiments.

TIPS

You can substitute the steak for rib-eye.
